Mor Furniture for Less warrants all furniture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, for a period of one to five years from the date of delivery or pick up. Delivered furniture qualifies for one year of free in-home service. After one year of service, a service charge will apply. Furniture that was picked up must be brought to the local service center for repair.

Delivery or Pick Up Information


Our Customer Service Center will confirm your order within one hour of purchase during normal business hours, 7 days a week. After 8:00pm, you will receive a confirmation the following day. 


All product arrival dates are anticipated and based on manufacturer lead times. If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase, the delivery or pick up date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival.


During the Delivery: You must confirm your delivery by email, phone call or online. An adult, 18 years of age or above must be present to accept any delivery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, contact the service center prior to the delivery installers leaving your home.

Prepare for your Pick Up: Call our Customer Service Department to confirm that your furniture is ready for pick up. Any person picking up a purchase must present a copy of the enclosed invoice and a photo ID, and either be listed or authorized on the invoice. If the person picking up is not listed on the invoice, please call our Customer Service Department. Please inspect all of your new furniture at the time of pick-up. If there are any items that do not meet your approval please inform the Mor employee assisting you.
