How can I apply for credit?

Who do I get credit through?

You may finance your purchase through two different finance companies, HSBC Retail Services, Inc. and Wells Fargo Financial National Bank. We do not provide in house financing.

Yes, you can make payment online to HSBC and Wells Fargo.

Can I cosign for someone?

Yes, you can. But keep in mind that you have cosigned for a revolving credit card, it can be used at all of our stores for up to the approved limit.

What does deferred interest mean?

Deferred interest means that there will not be any interest charges charged to your account for the specified time frame of your promotion. If the total amount due is not paid before the promotion expiration date, all accrued interest charges will be charged to your account. Remember, if you have a plan that requires monthly payments, make sure your payments are made each month and they are on time. If you miss a payment or you are late, interest will immediately charged to you account and your promotion will be voided.

We do not have a paper catalog. Our products are shown online. We have an even larger assortment of furniture displayed in our stores.

What if I saw something online and can't find it in your showroom. How do I get that product?

Styles, colors, and availability will vary in each of our showrooms. If you entered your zip code online, the product should be available in your area, but maybe not in that showroom. Call our customer service line at 1-866-466-7435 for assistance.

I saw a sofa in your online showroom that is the perfect style, but I don't like the fabric. Can I order it in a different fabric?

The fabrics and wood finishes shown online and in our showroom are the only way the furniture is available. We select the top selling fabrics and wood finishes from our manufacturers. That way we provide you with the most SELECTION, STYLE AND VALUE in furniture.

Do I have to assemble my furniture or will it be done for me?

If you pick up your product you will have to assemble it yourself. If you have your product delivered it will be assembled for you.

Delivery fees will vary based on the product that is being delivered. If you purchase the product online, your delivery charges will be calculated with your purchase.

If I live in a city that doesn't have a MOR Store, can I still order furniture and have it shipped to my house?

We can only ship furniture within our current delivery area. You can determine if you are in our delivery area by using your zip code. If you are able to purchase furniture online with your zip code, then you are within our delivery area. All furniture must either be picked up at our service centers, or delivered within our delivery area.

Warranty

What does my warranty cover?

Mor Furniture For Less, Inc warrants our furniture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of delivery or pick-up. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser with a receipt.

Manufacturer's defects in mattresses and waterbed heaters are specifically covered under the manufacturer's warranty (see factory warranty for terms and conditions).

Warranty service will be provided without charge for merchandise brought to our service center. At your option we can provide in-home service at a normal trip charge. The trip charge will be waived for merchandise delivered by Mor Furniture For Less, Inc if a warranty defect occurs and is reported within the thirty (30) days of receipt.

Visibile surface damage (scratches, nicks, tears, etc.) are not covered under this warranty unless reported within the first seven (7) days of delivery.

Mor Furniture For Less, Inc is not reponsible for visible surface damage to product that has been picked up from our service center unless it is noted at the original time of pick up.

The warranty is VOID if the merchandise has been moved from the original delivery address or if Mor Furniture For Less, Inc determines the furniture damage was caused by abuse, negligence, accident, or if used for purposes other than those intended, such as commerical use.

The above stated warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective product at the option of Mor Furniture For Less, Inc. Any damage for breach of warranty due to consequential losses to property other than the defective product is expressily excluded. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty. This is the exclusive express warranty. Any and all other statements or express warranties are specifically denied.

Layaway

Do you have a layaway plan?

No. However, we do have our Escrow Hold Program! Our Escrow Hold Program last up to 60 days and requires at least $500 or 10% down payment. This program can only be used at a showroom. See your nearest showroom for additional details.

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes we do have gift certificates! They make a great housewarming gift! Currently you can only purchase them at a showroom.

What are the hours for furniture pick-up?

Pick up hours: 10am-6pm 7 days a week
Allow plenty of time to pick up your new furniture. Wait time will vary, as we are unable to schedule appointments. Use the following as a guide.

Mon-Fri 10am-4pm15-30 minutes
Mon-Fri 4pm-6pm30-60 minutes
Sat-Sun  30-60 minutes
Holidays  30-60 minutes
