The Mattress Pad must be used on your mattress throughout the term of the Protection Plan. Notifiy Guardsman within five business days of a stain or damage occurence. Only blot stains before calling Guardsman, do not attempt to clean until given specific cleaning instructions. Lists are not all-inclusive. Refer to your Safe Guard Furniture Protection Plan for coverage and exclusion details. Protection expires if stained or damaged furniture requires replacement.
