MOR Furniture believes in making furniture shopping as easy as possible and that includes your use of our online showroom.
However, as most people realize, monitors, computer systems, access speeds and browsers are different. These differences lead us to develop the online showroom in ways that are best for most users. Please be aware of this while you move through the purchase process. To help you with online showroom, we have gathered a list of Commonly Asked Questions. You will probably find the answer to your question here or under our Customer Care section.

Why do I have to provide my zip code to see your furniture selection and prices?
If you are out of our delivery area, online purchasing is not available. If you are within our delivery area, you will be purchasing furniture from the MOR Furniture stores that are close to you. Each area or stores may have different items available for you to purchase. That means you need to provide us with at least your zip code so that you can see the furniture selection that is available to you. The furniture selection and pricing is provided to you after you have entered a zipcode.
If you are out of our current delivery area, you are still invited to browse our furniture collection. Since we continue to grow, please check back often to see if your zip code is now in our delivery area.
Why do I have to create an account?
You must create an account to purchase furniture. Your account also lets you take advantage of some of our added features such as the Wish List and it makes it easier to purchase furniture in the future.

How does the Shopping Cart work?
You can purchase from the Product Page or the Wish List.
Wish List - just press the "Purchase button" by the items you wish to buy. OR you can press the "See Details" button and purchase from the Product Page.
Product Page - just check the box of each item you wish to buy and press the button OR if a single item, just press the button.
Once at the Shopping Cart you can:
- Change the quantity:
Enter the desired quantity of each product you wish to purchase in the "Qty" box (by default, the quantity is set to "1"). Then click the button to activate the changes.
- Delete item(s) from your Cart:
To delete an item from your shopping cart, either click the next to the Quantity box of the product you wish to remove, or enter "0" in the "Qty" field and click the button to activate the change. To remove all of the items in your cart, click the button.

- Shipping for this purchase is FREE!
- Shipping for any online or MOR Furniture Showroom purchase is FREE for one year!
- 20% Discount on any purchase of a Furniture Protection Plan for one year!
- 15% Discount on purchases of rugs and lamps for one year!
- Adding Fabric or Furniture Protection to your purchase:
If an item in your shopping cart has Fabric or Furniture Protection available, a check box and price will appear at the bottom of the page. By default, Fabric or Furniture Protection is calculated with your purchase. To remove this option, uncheck the box corresponding to the treatment option and click the button. To re-select the Fabric or Furniture Protection, recheck the box and click the button.
- Select Shipping Type
- Ship: Your items will be delivered to your home
- Pick-up: You can pick up your items at the nearest service center. If you are ordering linens, you will only have the pick-up option if you are ordering with other merchandise.
Next you will be prompted to review the terms and conditions of your purchase. Please print out a copy of these terms for your records. Upon agreeing to the terms, the next step is to complete the purchase information (credit card information, billing/shipping address) and confirm your order.
Congratulations! You have completed your purchase. You will be sent an e-mail confirming your purchase with additional information. Please keep a copy of this e-mail.
