Shipping, Delivery, Handling, Abuse

Non-colorfast fabrics
Improper Cleaning Methods
Things to Remember:

Call Guardian within 5 days of any spill or accidental damage.
Only BLOT spills with clean cloth before calling Guardian. Do not attempt to clean until given specific instructions from warranty services.
Keep your sales receipt and a copy of your protection plan (we suggest a baggie taped to the underside of the furniture).
Be able to identify the spill or cause of damage. Refer to this list and your warranty for complete information on coverage and exclusions.
