Use of morfurniture.com is regulated by the following terms and conditions and your use of morfurniture.com serves as your implicit agreement to abide by them. MOR Furniture can modify the terms and conditions at any time.

MOR Furniture is not responsible for typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions of any kind.

All content, visual or audio, remain the sole property of MOR Furniture and subject to applicable copyright or other intellectual property rights law.

Copyright - The text, images, and data on the Mor Furniture for Less website (www.morfurniture.com)  are protected by copyright.  Mor Furniture retains all rights, including copyright, in data, images, software, documentation, text, and other information contained in and on the website.  Copying or redistribution of data, images, software, documentation, text, and other information  in any manner and for any use is strictly prohibited.  Violaters will be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.

MOR Furniture shall not be held liable for any damages of any kind related to use of this site. You agree to indemnify and hold MOR Furniture harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses incurred through use of the site.

MOR Furniture for Less shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed.

MOR Furniture will attempt to provide a representation of the products we carry. However, we cannot ensure the accuracy of color, grain or other characteristics of the products. Nor do we make any claims as to the availability of the products displayed.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Thank you for making your purchase at MOR Furniture for Less. If you have any questions about your order, please contact Online Sales Support by phone at 1-800-421-4545 x 321 or x 377, or contact us by email.

By Agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree to allow us to electronically review your credit bureau information solely to approve your purchase and confirm your identity to avoid fraudulent transactions in your name.

Conditions for Credit Card Payment - For the protection of our customers, MOR Furniture requires that orders must be shipped to the name and billing address of the cardholder.

Cancellation Pledge - you may cancel your order for a full refund, 24 hours prior to your scheduled delivery.

Refunds - will be issued in the same manner as they were received, payments by cash or check will be issued as a refund check from our MOR Furniture Corporate Headquarters.

Returns – No Refund will be given on orders in possession of the customer.

Merchandise Sold "As is" or "Clearance" - are FINAL & will not be eligible for warranty, exchange, allowance, refund or service.

Warranty - Mor Furniture For Less, Inc warrants our furniture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of delivery or pick-up. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser with a receipt.

Manufacturer's defects in mattresses and waterbed heaters are specifically covered under the manufacturer's warranty (see factory warranty for terms and conditions).

Warranty service will be provided without charge for merchandise brought to our service center. At your option we can provide in-home service at a normal trip charge. The trip charge will be waived for merchandise delivered by Mor Furniture For Less, Inc if a warranty defect occurs and is reported within the thirty (30) days of receipt.

Visible surface damage (scratches, nicks, tears, etc.) are not covered under this warranty unless reported within the first seven (7) days of delivery.

Mor Furniture For Less, Inc is not responsible for visible surface damage to product that has been picked up from our service center unless it is noted at the original time of pick up.

The warranty is VOID if the merchandise has been moved from the original delivery address or if Mor Furniture For Less, Inc determines the furniture damage was caused by abuse, negligence, accident, or if used for purposes other than those intended, such as commercial use.

The above stated warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective product at the option of Mor Furniture For Less, Inc. Any damage for breach of warranty due to consequential losses to property other than the defective product is excluded. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty. This is the exclusive express warranty. Any and all other statements or express warranties are specifically denied.

Limitations - This warranty is limited to the original purchaser, and delivery address only.

Customer Will Call (Pick Up) - Merchandise may be picked up at the service center during select hours on scheduled days. Please check with your sales consultant regarding will call hour availability at your local MOR furniture showroom. MOR furniture For less will assist in loading and provide tie-down twine to secure your merchandise to your vehicle. You are solely responsible for Securing your merchandise to your vehicle; MOR furniture for less is not responsible for any loss or damage to your vehicle.

Delivery - We offer delivery service to you or another person over age 18.

Confirm Your Delivery
It's very important that we contact you prior to your scheduled delivery. Our automated service system will call you 3 days prior to your delivery. At that time we will provide you with a 4-hour delivery time frame. If we have not received your confirmed response 2 days prior to your delivery we will have to reschedule you for another day.

Prepare for Your Delivery

  • Someone 18 years of age or above must be present to accept the delivery
  • Clear the room and decide where your new furniture will be placed. Due to insurance restrictions our technicians are not able to remove existing furniture, electronics, etc.
  • Measure carefully to make sure your new furniture will fit proportionately in your home. Size is very important in room design. Once you have accepted delivery, you cannot return your furniture.
During the Delivery
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, contact the service center prior to the delivery installers leaving your home. If a service technician needs to be scheduled or new product needs to be ordered we will take immediate action to remedy the situation

Next Day Delivery - During our Next Day Delivery Promotion, we offer free local delivery when you purchase in-stock merchandise before 5 PM. This offer is available for online purchases only, subject to product availability. Next day delivery may not be available in all areas.

Pick Up Information
Pick up check list

  • Call customer service and confirm that your furniture has arrived.
  • Re-measure to make sure your new furniture will fit proportionately in your home. Size is very important in room design. Once you have picked up your furniture you cannot return it.
  • Pack rope and blankets to properly secure your new furniture to ensure its safe ride home. Bring a tarp in wet weather.
  • Bring help. Due to insurance restrictions we cannot assist in the loading and securing of your product.
  • Make sure your vehicle is large enough to safely transport your new furniture.
  • Invoice and ID. The person named on the invoice must be present with a valid ID. If someone other than that person will be picking up your furniture contact your salesperson prior to pick-up.

Important Information
Please inspect all of your new furniture at the time of pick-up. If there are any items that do not meet your approval inform the manager on duty. Once your furniture has been picked up it cannot be returned.

A certified technician at the service center will access all warranty claims for furniture that has been picked up.

Pick up hours: 10am-6pm 7 days a week
Allow plenty of time to pick up your new furniture. Wait time will vary, as we are unable to schedule appointments. Use the following as a guide.
Mon-Fri 10am-4pm15-30 minutes
Mon-Fri 4pm-6pm30-60 minutes
Sat-Sun  30-60 minutes
Holidays  30-60 minutes

Pricing - While MOR Furniture for Less works to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. MOR Furniture for Less cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, MOR Furniture for Less shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced, MOR Furniture for Less may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping or sales tax. Sales tax and delivery charges will be charged on your order as applicable. Mistakes in Calculating Purchase Price: At anytime after your purchase, we can correct mistakes in pricing or arithmetic made in computing your purchase price.

Changes of Address - Please read your sales receipt or email receipt carefully to ensure that your address and other personal information is accurate. You are responsible for any inaccuracies in your address and other personal information. You must make any change of the delivery address or change in the order either in person or by telephone and the change will be binding only if the change is confirmed before delivery. Changes in your address or other personal information may delay delivery, and you may be charged a fee for deliveries made to you at the wrong address on your sales receipt if such address is incorrect.

Assembly Required - Merchandise that is marked "Partial Assembly Required" or "Assembly Required" will be delivered to you (or, in the case of a will-call, will be available for pick up by you) in factory-packed cartons for assembly by you. MOR Furniture for Less shall not be required to assemble any such merchandise as part of your delivery charge.
