One of the questions posed to us, time and time again, is about the origins of the word "leaf" and what it has to do with dining room tables. And as much as we tried to formulate an answer, we couldn't put a finger on the exact history. It seems like a table leaf is something we're all aware of, but we're unsure why we use the term in the first place!
