Important Information Regarding Your Furniture Purchase
Thank you for choosing Mor Furniture for Less and becoming part of our family. Our goal is to offer service and value that exceeds your expectations. You may choose to pick up your furniture from one of our local warehouses or opt for our value packed White Glove Delivery Service that includes shipping, installation, and a One Year In-Home Service Plan! Please take a moment and review the following information that pertains to your purchase.
SCHEDULING YOUR WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
Please select a convenient day that you are available to accept a 4-hour delivery arrival window. Delivery times range between 8am-8pm. Your delivery arrival window is provided 2 days prior to your delivery.
Time frames are routed geographically. Although there is no way to request a specific time frame, we do ship to most areas seven days a week.
You will be receiving a confirmation email, text, or phone call before your scheduled appointment date. We require confirmation of all appointments. You can also visit myportal.morfurniture.com to confirm or reschedule your delivery.
When you confirm your delivery address & information, please include any useful details regarding HOA rules, gate codes, parking information, service elevators, etc.
All product arrival dates are tentative and based on manufacturer lead times.
If your furniture is not in stock at the time of purchase, the delivery date listed on your invoice may vary based on product arrival.
If you need to reschedule your delivery date, please contact us 24 hours in advance at 866-466-7435.
PREPARING FOR YOUR WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY
Please double check all measurements to ensure your furniture will fit proportionately in your home.
Because our Premium Service includes Shipping and Installation, it’s imperative that the path and desired location for your new furniture is free and clear of existing items. Due to insurance restrictions, the delivery installers are not able to remove existing furniture or electronics.
A responsible person age 18 or older must be present to accept delivery.
We will remove all packaging materials from your home once delivery is complete.
We will pick up one old mattress set for every mattress we deliver. This does not include the mattress frame. For health reasons, we cannot pickup excessively stained or unsanitary mattresses.
Once your furniture has been delivered you have 72 hours to report any defects or damage.
PREPARING FOR YOUR WAREHOUSE PICKUP
Please visit myportal.morfurniture.com to ensure your purchase is in stock and available for pickup or to schedule an express pickup.
Anyone picking up a purchase must present a copy of the invoice, a photo ID, and be listed or authorized on the invoice. Call us if you need to update your pickup information.
Make sure your vehicle is large enough to safely transport your new furniture.
Inspect your new furniture at the time of pickup. If there are any items that do not meet your approval inform the Mor employee assisting you.
Pack rope and blankets to properly secure your new furniture and ensure a safe ride home.
Keep in mind that we cannot assist in the securing of your product.
You will be required to transport any warranty claims back to a local service center or purchase an in-home service with a minimum trip charge.
Mor Furniture for Less warrants our product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one year from the date of possession.
