The day before we arrive, prepare your home for delivery, which includes moving around any existing furniture, electronics, and other objects in your home in order to make room for the new pieces. Our insurance prevents us from doing this ourselves, so we ask that you clear the area where you want the new furniture placed so the process is seamless!

Once we've placed the furniture in your new home, be sure to check it for any defects or damage before the team leaves. Feel free to ask questions and voice any concerns so that we can ensure everything is taken care of. After all, we want you to love your furniture. 

Online Tracking and Confirmation
