I loved this couch in the store.

In my home it’s a different story. It’s super uncomfortable. I haven’t even had it 6 months and it sags. The cushions don’t stay on. You can feel the frame of the couch no matter where you sit. I complained to Mor furniture and they said they’d call to replace the cushions; haven’t heard a peep from them. When I asked the salesman if this is a common issue with this couch he said yes, so I asked why he would sell me a couch that he knows is a terrible piece of furniture. He said for the price point, you can’t beat it, and to maybe not sit on it everyday. I’m sorry, what? Don’t sit on my couch everyday? Be reasonable, buddy. This is my first piece of brand new furniture I’ve ever gotten, and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. My last couch was from ikea and if I had known I’d be sold a piece of garbage, I would have kept my torn up ikea couch.

Looks nice but doesn’t last

We have had the couch for a year and it is already sagging. Cushions dont stay on. Spend a little more and get a better quality couch.

Bought this for my apartment fit perfectly. Edgar at Bakersfield store was very professional and the men that delivered it were very professional and courteous. Looking forward to purchasing the matching ottoman.

I just bought these and they a a bit hard the ones at the store were soft so that’s why I made the purchase. The color is pretty and they fit perfectly in my living room. Maybe I just have to give them some time. I did fall asleep on them.
