Mor Return & Reselection Policy
At Mor, we understand that finding the perfect furniture for your home can be challenging. Whether it’s a matter of style, comfort, or function, not every choice turns out just right. That’s why we’re here to help if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations.
If you need to return or reselect your item(s), we make it easy with 3 simple steps.
1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item(s) to begin the process.
Beyond the initial 48 hours, Mor will not be able to accommodate a reselection, return, or refund.
2. A Mor associate will help guide you through the process.
Returned items must be brought back to Mor within 7 days or less and in the same condition as when you received them.
In the event the items you reselect are not readily available, you may end up with an “empty room” until the new items arrive.
3. Item review & refunds
Once we receive your item(s) and confirm they are in original condition:
- Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment, less any delivery fees paid to the third-party delivery service.
*Please note: We want you to love your purchase — that is why we allow one exchange or reselection per item.
Additional Terms
Return Location
All returns must be brought to your designated local warehouse.
Returns will not be accepted at showroom locations.
Return Assistance
Need help bringing items back? We offer professional pickup for a $99.99 non-refundable fee, consistent with our standard delivery charges.
Item Condition
Item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were picked up or delivered.
No exchanges or refunds will be issued for damaged or soiled merchandise.
Non-Refundable Charges
Original delivery or shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exclusions
This return policy does not apply to:
- Custom orders
- Floor samples
- Mattresses, bases, bedding, pillows, sheets, or mattress protectors
- Accessories
