How We Use the Personal Information We Collect
We use the personal information described above to operate our business and serve you, including to fulfill and manage your orders; provide customer support and warranty service; communicate with you about your account, orders, and — where you have opted in — marketing offers; administer promotions; personalize and improve our website and services; maintain the safety and security of our sites, stores, and systems; and comply with our legal obligations. We do not use your information for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
With Whom We Share Your Personal Data, and For What Purposes
We do not “sell” your personal information for money. We may work with other companies or third-party service providers on your behalf; these partners may not use your information other than to provide services through Mor Furniture for Less. When we engage such partners, they are bound by agreements that obligate them to process information only in accordance with our instructions, in compliance with this Privacy Policy, and with appropriate confidentiality and security measures in place.
However, like many online retailers, we use advertising and analytics technologies (such as cookies and pixels) that disclose certain online identifiers and internet/device activity — for example, IP address, browsing activity on our site, and device identifiers — to advertising and analytics partners in order to deliver interest-based advertising. Under California law (CCPA/CPRA) and similar state laws, this activity may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, and in some cases a “sale,” even though no money is exchanged.
The data involved. The information that may be shared for cross-context behavioral advertising is limited to internet, network, and device information (such as IP address, browsing and interaction data, and cookie or device identifiers) and, where applicable, approximate geolocation inferred from your visit. We do not share your mobile/SMS consent data, sensitive personal information, or financial account information for advertising purposes.
Your right to opt out. You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of its use for targeted advertising. To exercise this right:
-
Click “Your Privacy Choices” in the footer of our website; or
-
Use our Privacy Portal; or
-
Enable a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), which we honor as a valid opt-out request where required by law.
Effect of opting out. When you opt out, we will stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising associated with your browser or device. You may still see advertising, but it will not be based on cross-site tracking of your activity. Opting out is not a condition of, and will not affect, your ability to purchase our products or services.
We do not share your personally identifiable information with other companies or organizations that would target you with offers or promotions unrelated to Mor Furniture for Less or this website. We may share information when necessary to respond to a subpoena, court order, or legal process; to comply with legal requirements; to protect our rights and property or those of our users; to protect the safety of our sites or users; or to enforce our Terms of Service.
Assurance Against Unrelated or Incompatible Uses
We will not collect additional categories of personal information, or use the personal information we collected for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes, without providing consumer notice.

Mobile information and SMS consent data. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or SMS/MMS/RCS consent data with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing, promotional, or advertising purposes. This category includes your mobile phone number, opt-in and opt-out status, consent records, message history, delivery confirmations, and STOP/HELP responses. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties except service providers that assist us in delivering our messaging services, and those providers are contractually restricted to that purpose.
How We Safeguard Your Personal Information
We seek to protect personal information using technical and organizational measures based on the type of personal information and the applicable processing activity. We are committed to minimizing personal information collection to what is necessary for a defined purpose.
Shopping online with Mor Furniture for Less is designed to be safe and secure. We use industry-standard encryption technology and Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL) in areas where your personal information is needed to help protect the transfer of your personal and payment information. Your account information and order history are kept behind our firewalls, and transaction information is processed under encrypted channels.
Cookies and Other Trackers
Our website uses certain tags, log files, web beacons, and similar technologies from third parties (collectively, “Cookies”). Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us, among other things, improve our services and your experience. Web beacons are clear electronic images that may be used on our services or in our e-mails to help deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness, and determine whether an e-mail has been opened and acted upon.
Some of these technologies are provided by advertising and analytics partners and are used for interest-based advertising. As described above, this may constitute “sharing” of personal information under California and similar state laws. You can manage your choices through our cookie-consent banner, the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our footer, or our Privacy Preference Center.
Opt-out preference signals. We recognize and honor opt-out preference signals, including the Global Privacy Control (GPC), sent through a consumer's browser or device. Where required by state law, we treat such a signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
CONFIRM BEFORE PUBLISHING — California and Oregon require honoring universal opt-out signals such as GPC. Confirm the website is technically configured to detect and honor GPC, and that the consent banner blocks advertising tags until consent is given, before publishing these commitments.
Children's Privacy
Our services and products are not directed to children under 13 years of age, and you must be at least 13 years old to use our services or access our website/application. We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have collected, used, or disclosed the personal data of a child under 13, please contact us using the information in this Privacy Policy so that we can take appropriate action.

You have the right to request disclosure about the collection, use, disclosure, and sharing of your personal information, covering the 12-month period preceding your verifiable request. You may request disclosure of the following:

No Retaliation or Discrimination
We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price or rate, provide you a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you will receive a different price, rate, level, or quality because you exercised your privacy rights.
How to Exercise Your Privacy Rights
Access, Correction, and Deletion Requests. To request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, please use our Privacy Portal or email us at privacy@morfurniture.com. We may request information to verify your request — such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, and phone number — and match it against information we already have. We may ask for additional identifiers or copies of identifying documents if needed to verify your identity. We will confirm receipt by e-mail and process your request consistent with applicable law.
Authorized Agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf through our Privacy Portal. Upon receipt of an agent request, we will ask you for written, signed permission confirming the agent's authorization. Once written authorization is provided, we will process the request and respond to the e-mail address provided by the authorized agent.
Opt-Out and Limiting the Use of Sensitive Personal Information. You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, or limit the use of your sensitive personal information, by clicking the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer of our website or through our Privacy Portal. You may also exercise an opt-out through a recognized opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control.
Nevada Residents – Opt Out of Sale
Nevada residents may submit a verified request to opt out of the sale of covered information by emailing privacy@morfurniture.com with the subject line “Nevada Opt-Out.” As stated above, we do not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
Consumer Health Data (Washington Residents)
Washington's My Health My Data Act provides heightened protections for “consumer health data.” To the extent we collect any data that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health status — including data from which such status could be inferred — we will handle it in accordance with that law, including obtaining separate consent or valid authorization where required, and honoring your rights to access, delete, and withdraw consent.
Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy is effective as of the effective date above. As we continue to improve the services, products, and features we provide, this Privacy Policy is subject to change. We may update it at any time by posting a new version on our website and revising the effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically so that you are aware of our current privacy practices.
