For a $100 fee, our delivery team will remove your old furniture at the time your new items are delivered, making the process simple and hassle-free.

Please note: This is a 1-for-1 removal program.

Participation Steps

To ensure a smooth and efficient experience, please follow these steps:

1. Take Photos

Submit multiple clear, detailed photos of the item(s) you would like removed.

2. Send Within 24 Hours

Text your photos to 37-197 within 24 hours of your purchase.

3. Prepare Your Furniture
Items must be:
Clean and sanitary
Free of pet hair
Free of stains or strong odors

4. Delivery Day Removal
Your existing furniture will be removed by the same delivery team bringing your new furniture.
