Beautiful and sturdy but scratches easily

Bought this table to replace the same style table in a different color when I updated my furniture. Love the storable leaf and style but the brown color scratches VERY easily and even minor scratches are very obvious which is very frustrating.

I had a 60+ year old cherry wood dining table. I wanted to update the room so off to Mor Furniture I went after spotting this set on their website. I absolutely love this dining set.
