OUR 30-DAY PRICE GUARANTEE

We’re committed to giving you the lowest price on your furniture, and we guarantee it for 30 days after your merchandise arrives. If your purchase is offered for less, whether by Mor or by a local competitor, we’ll credit you the difference.

How It Works

  • Purchase your furniture at Mor online or in-store.
  • Your price is guaranteed for 30 days after you receive your merchandise.
  • If Mor offers the same merchandise for a lower total, or a retail store in our area offers the identical merchandise for a lower total, notify us by TEXTING 866-466-7435. Include your order number and, for competitor prices, a photo of the posted price.
  • Once verified, we’ll issue you a store credit for the difference.
  • Your credit may be used on anything we offer.

How We Compare Prices

  • We compare the total of your purchase, not individual items. That total includes delivery charges, sales tax, coupons, discounts, and finance programs, so the comparison is fair.
  • Competitor merchandise must be identical, meaning the same manufacturer, model, size, and finish or fabric. The competitor’s price must also be posted on items displayed in a store within our local area.
  • Negotiated, online, catalog, clearance, and floor-model prices are not eligible for comparison.

Please Keep In Mind…

  • The Price Guarantee covers new furniture only. It excludes floor models, clearance items, furniture protection plans, rugs, lamps, bedding, and accessories.
  • Requests must be received within 30 days of the date you receive your merchandise.

Financing note

If your adjusted total falls below the price threshold that qualified you for tiered financing, your finance plan may be adjusted based on your new purchase subtotal.
